To arrange a return, first email support@napre.com with your order number and the item concerned. For a quality issue, describe the problem and include available photos to help us resolve it.

EU and UK customers
Notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery to exercise the applicable change-of-mind cancellation right, then return the goods within a further 14 calendar days. Giving a reason is optional.

Other destinations
For a voluntary change-of-mind return, contact us within 7 business days after delivery.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise. NAPRE covers necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. These time limits do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

The device weighs approximately 395 g (0.87 lb) and measures 220 × 45 × 70 mm. These measurements can help you judge its size and weight before ordering.

Switch the device off and disconnect it from charging. Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and use the included cleaning brush to clean the massage head. Do not rinse or immerse the device, and keep oils, creams and cleaning solvents out of it.

No. The device is not waterproof. Use it on a clean, dry scalp and dry hair. Do not use it while bathing or showering, and do not rinse or immerse it in water.

The NAPRE electric scalp massager offers nine speed settings, from 400 to 2,400 rpm. Start at Level 1 and increase gradually only if comfortable. Avoid pressing too hard, and stop using the device if you experience discomfort.

Yes. The massage speed and red light are controlled separately. You can choose from three red-light settings or switch the light off without changing your selected massage speed. The specified red-light wavelength is 650 nm ±10 nm.

Yes. The rechargeable design lets you use it without a power cable. Manufacturer-rated battery life is at least 3 hours, and charging takes approximately 2.5 hours. These figures are manufacturer specifications; operating and charging conditions can affect actual times.

A USB-C charging cable is included, but a wall power adapter is not. The device’s rated input is 5V ⎓ 2A. Use a compatible power adapter that meets the requirements in your user guide, and switch the device off before charging.

The device switches off automatically after 10 minutes. The user guide recommends a total of 10–30 minutes of use per day. Use gentle pressure, follow the illustrated instructions, and stop sooner if you feel uncomfortable.
