The NEH-101 is for dry use. Keep the device body dry and away from water; do not rinse or immerse it. Remove the silicone massage head before washing it, and let it dry completely before refitting. How to use your NAPRE scalp massager
Hold the power button for 2 seconds to switch on or off. A short press changes the massage setting; it cycles back to 1 after 9.
The buttons sit close together, so press the centre of the intended button.
Understanding the NEH-101 display
After startup, the battery indicator flashes three times, then the display shows massage level 1.
Red-light settings appear as 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3.
One flashing battery bar means it is time to recharge. Moving battery bars indicate charging.
How to change the massage head
Switch off and unplug before changing the attachment.
Gently peel off the soft silicone massage head, then align and press the replacement into place.

To arrange a return, first email support@napre.com with your order number and the item concerned. For a quality issue, describe the problem and include available photos to help us resolve it.
EU and UK customers: Notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery to exercise the applicable change-of-mind cancellation right, then return the goods within a further 14 calendar days. Giving a reason is optional.
United States customers: For a voluntary change-of-mind return, contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery. Approved voluntary refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after receipt and inspection.
Other destinations outside the US, EU and UK: For a voluntary change-of-mind return, contact us within 7 business days after delivery.
You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise. NAPRE covers necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. These time limits do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Switch the device off and disconnect it from charging. Remove the silicone massage head and wash the detached head with water. Let it dry completely before refitting. Keep the device body dry and away from water; do not rinse or immerse it. Clean the body with a dry cloth and use the included cleaning brush to remove debris. Keep oils, creams and cleaning solvents out of the device.
No. The device body is not waterproof and must be kept dry. Use the massager on a clean, dry scalp and dry hair. Do not use it while bathing or showering. Only the detached silicone massage head can be washed; dry it completely before refitting.
The NAPRE electric scalp massager offers nine speed settings, from 400 to 2,400 rpm. Start at Level 1 and increase gradually only if comfortable. Avoid pressing too hard, and stop using the device if you experience discomfort.
Yes. The massage speed and red light are controlled separately. You can choose from three red LED brightness settings or switch the light off without changing your selected massage speed. The red-light wavelength is 660 nm.
Yes. The rechargeable design lets you use it without a power cable. Manufacturer-rated battery life is at least 3 hours, and charging takes approximately 2.5 hours. These figures are manufacturer specifications; operating and charging conditions can affect actual times.
A USB-C charging cable is included, but a wall power adapter is not. The device’s rated input is 5V ⎓ 2A. Use a compatible power adapter that meets the requirements in your user guide, and switch the device off before charging.
The device switches off automatically after 10 minutes. The user guide recommends a total of 10–30 minutes of use per day. Use gentle pressure, follow the illustrated instructions, and stop sooner if you feel uncomfortable.
